Home Delivery

Your package will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Based on the first notification (via email, SMS, or local app), you can then choose the delivery method or an alternative delivery time. Delivery with Deutsche Post is trackable and has a delivery time of 2-4 days. Orders registered before 14:30 on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. 

Delivery terms

We will generally dispatch your order by Deutsche Post on the same working day that the order is received by us. Our goal is for all customers to have their products within 2-4 working days. We reserve the right to extend delivery times in certain circumstances, such as stock-outs, depending on the season, due to an abnormally high volume of orders or other external circumstances beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for delays by the carrier.
